With each step forward at the Yellow Ribbon Prison Run, runners pledge their support for the reintegration of ex-offenders. Join us at our run clinic organized by Yellow Ribbon Project, RUN Singapore and Outdoor Venture. Learn from experienced trail and ultra-runners Dave Tan, Joshua Toh and Norris Loh how to prepare yourself adequately and train towards the race day!
The run will end off with a yoga and cool down session led by trainers from Broc & Bells for all our participants.
Outdoor Venture will also share some insight on how to select the right running shoes based on their Running Lab signature gait analysis.
