Brand New Year with new beginning. Time to fill up your race calendar with new races and new challenges. The MetaSprint Series is returning in 2022 once again! This all-inclusive event is inviting runners, swimmers and bikers to participate with your friends and family in this exciting multi-sport race. Different level of race categories available, from entry distance to longer endurance distances offered strategically for all entrants with different fitness capabilities.
Kicking start the first event of the year is the Aquathlon, a swim and run combo to keep your race adrenalin warmed up. The Aquathlon race will take place on 13 February 2022 at Sentosa, a perfect environment with calm waters and scenic landscape and a spacious and shaded run course along Sentosa’s breath-taking beachfront.
Not provision in swimming? MetaSprint’s Duathlon series may be just right for you. Planned on 5-6 March 2022 at the F1 Village. The Duathlon put together a bike and run friendly competition. Race a flat spectacular and fast city course and immerse yourself in the stunning city views of the Marina Reservoir, National Stadium and Singapore’s Flyer that frames the race course. It will truly be a moment to remember.
The final event to conclude the series will be a Triathlon in October, more information will be provided closer to the date.
Format of run
For the Aquathlon race, there are 5 different choices of distances to choose from
Sprint (Individual, above 16 years old): [750m swim, 5 km run]
Sprint (Relay, above 16 years old): [750m swim, 5km run]
Discovery (Above 16 years old): [250m swim, 2.5km run]
Youth (12 to 15 years old): [250m swim, 2.5km run]
Kids (8 to 11 years old): [150m swim, 1.5km run]
For the Duathlon race, there are 5 different choices of distances to choose from
Sprint (individual, above 16 years old): [18km bike, 5 km run]
Sprint (relay, above 16 years old): [18km bike, 5km run]
Discovery (Above 16 years old): [12km bike, 2.5km run]
Youth (12 to 15 years old): [12km bike, 2.5km run]
Kids (8 to 11 years old): [ 6km bike, 1.5km run]
