RUNSG x Cervelo Workshop

We kickstarted our first workshop for 2020 with our first ever bike partner - Bikes n Bikes. It was an enriching and informative session learning about how to choose the right bike, changing inner tubes and even an opportunity to hear from Assad Attamimi (1st in age group M40-44 and 1st overall at the Ironman 70.3 Langkawi 2019), who shared about his training and nutrition tips.
